Dr. Jeffery has been a champion for women’s health in Medicine Hat for over 30 years. As the city’s original trained laser surgeon, Dr. Jeffery decided to build on his OB/GYN practice and opened his laser and aesthetics centre exactly one year ago today. Over the year, John Jeffery Laser and Aesthetics has grown to offer five innovative lasers and technologies, two types of chemical facial peels, the only pharmaceutical-grade skincare line in Canada, expert medical injectables and a team of caring medical aestheticians. It only seemed right to give our energetic organization a brand that represented our mission; to inspire confidence in our patients. Why Lasers? Dr. Jeffery received laser training during medical school and became fascinated with devices that offered an alternative to standard medicine and surgery. Their safety, technology, and novelty continue to captivate the New Light Team. Dr. Jeffery first invested in the MonaLisa Touch and SculpSure body sculpting devices in 2018 to help benefit his Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients. The aesthetics medicine practice continued to grow to what it is today, a stand-alone laser and aesthetics centre offering a variety of treatment options to help you love the skin you’re in!
