Drop-in yoga in July! Will be a class in studio at 115 Burrows Ave E (east entrance) on Monday nights, Yoga in the Park Downtown Wednesday noons (at Secret Garden between Home Hardware and Historic Post Office) Taking Canada Day week off, will resume week of July 6.

Book a spot for one class or more at www.cpyoga.ca , or just come by on the good chance there will be room in the quieter summer classes.

All levels welcome!

A different yoga in the park, with those in mind like me--maybe stuck in the office on a beautiful, summer Wednesday--take a nice walk with your mat, do some yoga outside, take your time getting back---a shortened class to give you lots of time for the before and after.

The secret garden is tucked away, but there will definitely be the sounds of human activity to accompany the practice, for a different experience. Come early or stay late to get more yoga in, and I will move to the studio if it's a rainy day. There is limited room--ensure your spot by booking class on www.cpyoga.ca , or just come by and check it out. Starts July 9!

Yoga classes for March and April, in Melfort. Lots of inspiration these days--nature, body geometry and continuing to study the Ashtanga Primary together--as some ideas! Chair yoga continues to be a fun experience, check us out at the mall!

A special event--Chair Yoga for Telemiracle, with all proceeds going to Melfort Kinettes and Telemiracle.

At Melfort Mall (judo/fencing space near old Co-op space), 9:30-10:30am on Friday, Feb. 21. Register at www.cpyoga.ca , or message to reserve your spot (which are limited!). Yoga mat and chair provided, just bring donation, comfortable clothes and socks, and enjoy the practice for a good, local cause!

New blog on the website, "Beginning Again." Took less than 20min to write as it is my brain on paper, my self-talk every additional day that I do things other than yoga....knowing that yoga will be back on Jan. 6!

Registrations are open for the next few days--there is room in all classes, message or email cindyperrotyoga@gmail.com to sign up, to join me on this journey of beginning again.
