Self care isn't just drinking water and going to sleep early- although these are really helpful. Self care also looks like taking a break when things get overwhelming, saying no to things, taking time to process your thoughts and emotions, asking for help from those around you, or doing things that bring you joy.

We encourage you to take some time to care for yourself today. Especially if you are in a stressful season with an unexpected pregnancy, balancing life with a newborn or maybe parenting is a little bit of a struggle lately.

Did you know...Our clients have access to our Care Closets at both our Humboldt + Melfort locations.

Once a month, individuals and families can visit and receive items they need for their baby. We carry a wide variety of baby essentials (diapers, wipes, soothers, etc.) and clothing size newborn to 2T.

Because of the generosity of our supporters, our Care Closets remain full year round and have become an essential part of our organization. It brings us joy to be able to bless individuals and families in our community and we could not do it without your help!
