Join Drs. Beresh, Bryshun, Mah and Steffen for Walk with Your Doc on Friday, May 15. This community walk is a great way to show support for family doctors in SK, get moving, and meet new people in the community! Everyone is welcome!

Please note! We are moving to our new permanent clinic this weekend! We are closed on Monday April 20 to set up our new clinic space and will be ready to welcome you on Tuesday April 21. You will find us in the Melfort Wellness Centre, right close by to the Family Physician's Group. Special thanks to the team and residents at Parkland Place for providing us with a temporary clinic space while our new space was renovated!

WELCOME TO THE TEAM, TRENT LELAND, NP

Trent Leland grew up in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. He moved to Saskatoon after high school where he obtained degrees in Physiology and Pharmacology, Nursing, and recently completed his Masters in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner. Trent's career began on Neurosciences at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon where he received a broad range of experience over his 10 years of employment. He looks forward to the change of pace as he steps into the Nurse Practitioner role in Melfort.

Trent resides in Melfort with his wife and two daughters. Trent enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors fishing, hiking and hunting, and finds great joy in the small town lifestyle. He looks forward to providing patient-centred care for the Melfort community and surrounding area.
