How someone perceives my truth is a reflection of them. And if there's any misunderstanding, the RIGHT people will ask, not assume.

It's a shift in perspective, a paradigm change, a liberation from the chains of people-pleasing and approval-seeking.

It's recognizing that your worth isn't tied to someone else's understanding or validation. It's understanding that you don't owe anyone an explanation for your thoughts, feelings, or actions.

Healing says, "I trust myself, I trust my intentions, and I trust my boundaries." It says, "I will no longer justify, I will no longer defend, and I will no longer apologize for being me."

It's a declaration of freedom, a statement of self-love, and a testament to your growth. Keep shining your light, and let the right people ask, not assume.

Let's get 2026 off to a great start with 8 weeks of yoga!! Thurs Jan 8th, 15th, Tues Jan 20th, Thur Jan 29th, Feb 5th, 12th and Tues Feb 17th.
Class starts at 5:45. All classes held at 415 Main Street, Melfort. 15 spots available. $100 for all 8 weeks or drop ins $15. Cash or etransfer. Register with Taryn at 306-921-4560.

Thank you to all who attended our Karma yoga class. We raised $200 dollars for the Salvation Army Christmas hampers and 76 pounds of food for the food bank.
