Sweet Tranquility - Empowered Doula Services My goal is to help and support women and their families to make the best informed decisions possible concerning pregnancy, birthing, postpartum and beyond.

I am so excited and eager to help you, the expectant mother along with your partner and family to build a visualization of what you want (and don't want) and how to achieve your goals of having a positive and amazing birth experience. I look forward to listening, discussing and providing the necessary tools along with up to date information so that you can make your best informed decisions every s

tep of the way. This includes meeting and talking several times well before your due date. I will then be there to give emotional and physical support during labor and throughout the entire birth of your baby. I can give encouragement as well as ideas to help your partner and/family feel comfortable and capable so they can be there to support you and be as involved as you're comfortable with. I will also provide assistance immediately after baby's birth in many areas such as bonding, breastfeeding and emotional support as you enter into the phase of new motherhood. Being a postpartum doula can have such a positive impact on your overall experience with your new baby. The amount of assistance and duties involved as well as the length of time working with your family will vary depending on what your individual needs may be.
