Based in Northern Saskatchewan, Indigo Yoga Co has evolved into much more than a thriving yoga practice. In addition to their popular yoga classes, Roxanne and Rhonda offer unique, private services like iRest, Critical Alignment Therapy and private meditation sessions. Their on-going passion for education has generated numerous certifications between the two, and a platter of options for their customers. This dynamic team works regularly -- in-person AND online -- to restore peace, release negative emotions and create balance in their clients’ lives.
The result is Roxanne and Rhonda’s ability to tackle their client’s quest for centered, pain-free living from multiple angles. iRest, for example, has been clinically proven to help first responder’s and Veterans work through the struggles of PTSD, depression and anxiety. Roxanne holds her Level 2 iRest training and works with a wide range of individuals, calming their pain, releasing negative emotions and centering the thoughts associated with traumatic events and the stress of daily life.
