Heather has spent her career within the fields of Education with Prairie Valley School Division, and in nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has worked providing senior care services for 25 years, and also facilitates the Mental Health First Aid course for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and Personal Support Assistant courses for both St. John Ambulance and Regina Trades and Skills Centre. Heather has a wealth of knowledge and can tailor Helping Hands' services to meet the needs of the people you care about.
