Due to suspected power outages caused by high winds, our clinic is currently experiencing phone service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, and communication delays. This may affect both in-office, virtual appointments, and communication with community services ie pharmacies.

Registration is now open for Yoga for Grief with Valerie Dolhanty this Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at 1:00pm in the studio at the Frank Rudderham Family YMCA.

This is a free community event. Yoga for Grief is a gentle and supportive space designed for those navigating loss and sorrow. Drawing on the healing powers of breath, movement, and mindfulness, this class provides tools to help you honor your feelings, release tension, and cultivate self-compassion. With thoughtful guidance and a nurturing environment, participants will explore restorative poses and meditative practices that encourage emotional expression and connection. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking solace in a familiar practice, this class welcomes you to find peace amidst your grief. The clinic is collecting non-perishable food donations in our waiting room for the food bank. Any donation would be appreciated!

We have our first supply of flu shots (both regular and high-dose) available to patients. Please call the clinic to book into one of our flu clinics. We have availability as early as tomorrow!

Celtic Collaborative patients may receive a phone call from NSHA Primary Health Care staff validating patient information and patient attachment. This quality improvement project is part of the work Nova Scotia Health is doing to improve health care access.
