Hot days = hydration days! 💧☀️

As the temps climb, keeping your body cool and energized is a must. Here are 3 quick hydration hacks from our Community Dietitian to help you stay refreshed:

1️⃣ Sip all day – Don’t wait until you’re thirsty! Keep a steady flow of water going to stay ahead of dehydration.
2️⃣ Bring your bottle – Whether you're at work, school, or out and about, having a water bottle on hand is your best reminder to drink up! 👜💦
3️⃣ Infuse it! – Bored of plain water? Add fruits, herbs, or veggies for a tasty twist. Think cucumber-mint or strawberry-basil! 🍓🌿

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and enjoy the sunshine! 🌞
