In line with the latest COVID restrictions that were released today, the gym section of my studio will be closed as of Jan 5th. Stayed tuned as to when the reopening date will be announced. Massage services will continue as scheduled.

Hello friends. I'm happy to announce that we are open once again and are accepting new and returning clients. Please note that in order for me to stay open, it is essential that clients remain as safe as possible in regards to COVID. Please note the following and message me if you have any questions :

1. Please ensure that you have completed the customer screening tool provided by the Ministry of Health prior to your appointment. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/screening/customer/
2- If you have been to high traffic areas ( restaurents, gyms, cinemas etc) and have removed your mask, please wait 10 days to book your appointment with me.
3-- if you have any COVID related symptoms please cancel your session until you are feeling 100%
4- if you travelled to high risk regions ( USA, Toronto, Kingston) please contact me after you have returned home for 10 days.
5- You must be masked during your session.

CLOSED UNTIL DEC 26th -----------------------------Unfortunately I was in close contact with a client that has recently tested positive for COVID. Even though my COVID test results came back negative today, I need to self isolate until the 26th of December as per health unit protocol. This individual did not have any contact with any of my clients.

I’ll be back in Canada 🇨🇦 shortly and am looking forward to seeing you! I’ll start contacting people that I’ve had to reschedule on November 9th and will begin sessions back up on November 11th.

Unfortunately, due to a family emergency in Hong Kong my business will be closed until the middle of November. I will keep you updated and let you know when I return to Canada.

Super excited that I will be able to see my massage clients starting on Wednesday June 30th! Please note that the fitness side of my business remains closed until the province moves into Stage 3.

🚨We are HALF OPEN!🚨

In order to stay diligent in decreasing the spread of COVID19 the following policies will now be put in place, effective when we opened on June 12th

1. only one client at a time
2. We will call on your cell or as previous client exits.
3. we take 15 min. to sanitize & sterilize between each client
4. We will only be working by appointments. If you wish to make an appointment please call (613-793-2822)
5. There will be hand sanitizer station in the entrance area.
6. You will be required to wear a mask. We may have extra masks for you to use if you have forgotten your mask. Unfortunately, your appointment may be cancelled if we do not have masks in stock for you.
7. We will ask you to not attend your session if you are feeling unwell.
8. Please read the signs posted in the office in regards to keeping healthy and safe during COVID-19.

Hi Friends,

If you have been following our page, you will notice that we have been closed since March 22 when the government stated all non-essential businesses are to close until further notice (see our post dated, March 22).

We hope that we will be able to open back up over the next few months as things start to return to a new normal . In the meantime, please feel free to call or email if you have any questions or are interested in being put on the wait list for when things are back in business.

We are blown away by the kindness and compassion that we have seen throughout our Merrickville community. Neighbors helping neighbours, random acts of kindness, drive by birthday parties and online gatherings are just but a few of the amazing things that we have witnessed and been a part of. Circumstances such as the ones we find ourselves in because of COVID truly open our eyes to see the goodness in people and for that we are grateful.
