The duties of the position include, filling prescriptions, building blister packs, stocking supplies, cleaning, administrative tasks and other duties determined by the manager/pharmacist on duty. Black’s Pharmacy in Merritt, BC is looking for a reliable and organized Front Store Manager/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the daily operations of the front store, oversee inventory control, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the front store
• Receive, verify, and organize all incoming inventory shipments
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper merchandising
• Train, supervise, and schedule front store staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
• Previous retail or pharmacy front store management experience preferred
• Ability to lift and manage stock (up to 40 lbs)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
