Do you ever just wonder....

Happy Tuesday everyone
Is it just me or does others wonder how life can change so fast 7 and half years ago I wasn't even a mother 3 and half years ago I was only a mom of 1 child. Less then a year ago I didn't think I would be here as a coach helping others or even pursuing this journey. I love what I do. I love the fact that I am able to help others to rebuild their confidence in themselves again, as well as see their real worth.

Just like you I wondered about everything from am I a good parent to how can I help others to achieve the unthinkable.

Is it just me ...

I used to think that it was just me that struggled with every day life. But I now know that I'm not. But I also know tomorrow isn't promised so make everyday count and treat everyday as your last.
Growing up I didn't really understand what any of this meant.
I think that showing the people you love and care about how you truly feel about them. It's not everyday we can share our feelings with loved ones because tomorrow they could be gone.

Why continue I'm won't go anywhere?

Well in order to succeed or get better at something is by practicing.
I used to feel like this all the time. Sometimes I still do, but now I don't feel like giving up. Working as a coach is no easy task. There is a lot of energy and time that goes into achieving this goal of mine.
If I can keep pushing through so can you. Just have faith and believe in yourself.

Well honestly so have I, but what keeps me going is the belief that things could always be worse and if I wasn't meant to deal with these struggles. Then I wouldn't have them. Many times I try to make things better and before things even break the surface I usually quit.
But the reality is if we keep giving up then we will never accomplish great things.
Like the plants in this photo. We are strong as many and we just need to keep giving ourselves love and care to really bloom and grow.
