Not every day looks like this but here are the 3 guidelines I have for myself ⬇️

1. Next to no snacking! Fuel up on real meals instead and you won’t want to snack. This allows for more space between meals which supports digesiton.

2. Add 20-30 grams of protein to every meal!

3. Opt for the best source of every ingredient but don’t stress about it. Meaning I always buy organic apples but if I’m at a restaurant I’m not going to stress if the apples aren’t organic.

BONUS: follow the dirty dozen and clean 15 lists! If you have no idea what I mean by this — comment “LISTS” and I’ll send them to you 🫶🏽
