Making play fun...and effective

This is great for all kids but for some it can be very helpful.

Making your own playdough is easy...using oils that support relaxation is smart.

This is a great playtime idea before bed...as for the color...try to find something natural...no toxins...

Have fun...enjoy your sleep😉💜

Do you ever stop to think about the cleaners you use and how they can affect your health? Today I am going to discuss toilet bowl cleaners. Here are the facts:

Those scrubbing bubbles that you see on TV contain:
Water: Provides a liquid base for a product
Butoxypropanol: Cleaning Agent. Breaks down dirt and deposits
Alkyl Polyglycoside: Cleaning Agent. Breaks down dirt and deposits
Polyethylene Oxide: Cleaning Agent. Breaks down dirt and deposits
Tetrasodium EDTA: Chelator. Removes soap scum and soils
Sodium Hydroxide: Adjusts the pH of a product to improve stability
Fragrance: Fragrance (remember, the word “fragrance” on a label is NOT regulated, it can be anything!)
Liquitint® Blue HP DyeDye: Provides a pleasing color for a product
Liquitint® Red ST DyeDye: Provides a pleasing color for a product

Health risks of toxic cleaners include:
- Reproductive damage
- Increase in cancer due to carcinogens
- Damage to children’s delicate organs and immune systems
- Skin and eye irritation
- Aggravate asthma and respiratory conditions

If you're going to get rid of anything in your house, let it be conventional deodorant and dryer sheets.
🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟
These wool dryer balls decrease drying time, keep the bugs away with a drop of Citronella essential oil on them, and no nasty chemicals.
🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟
Most commercial dryer sheets are loaded with all sorts of toxic chemicals including Benzyl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, Chloroform and Linalool; none of which are good for your health. In addition to all the chemicals that end up on your skin (your biggest organ), when heated, the fumes are also toxic. These toxins go straight to the brain’s most sensitive neurological centers and wreck havoc - https://realfarmacy.com/dryer-sheets/?fbclid=IwAR01nETTVxuNsuBAcoMNcAX6MrRE3xARvg7G7bDcZe0VwAJNDuMW_IU9Y94
