Flourish 55+ Healthy Activity Society Centre hosts a monthly games night, bringing older adults and young people together over Crib, Scrabble, Snakes and Ladders – and lots of snacks.

Backed by a wellness grant from the Lunenburg County Community Health Board, the third Tuesday of each month translates into meaningful connections and a chance to bridge the gap between generations.

Games night is a simple, joyful way to build relationships and create new ones.

“We talk about intergenerational wealth and I think it’s really defined as the time we spend together and what we learn from one another. This project is about bringing the ages back together.”
