June 9–16 is Men’s Mental Health Week.

For generations, men have been told to hide their emotions and “tough it out.” The pressure to appear strong has left too many struggling in silence — wearing masks to hide how they’re really feeling.

But here’s the truth: real strength isn’t silence — it’s speaking up.

Mental health matters. Taking care of it isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s a sign of courage. Whether it’s opening up to a friend, a coach, or a counsellor, no one should have to carry it alone.

Let’s build a world where men feel safe enough to take the mask off — and be honest about what they’re going through.
