The Midhurst Autumnfest was a huge hit! Games, rock, firefighters and truck, challenges, Sparky, lots of vendors, food, and ice cream!!! Thank you to all the volunteers, you did an amazing job!!!

Massage can lower your blood pressure so it is important to take your time getting up from the table to allow your blood pressure to normalize.

Other things to be aware of is your level of hydration prior to a massage and possible low blood sugar if you haven’t eaten recently.

Inform your therapist if you experience some dizziness as they can assess the situation and determine if further investigation is necessary.

I am feeling so grateful for my wonderful and thoughtful clients. I recently had to cancel all my appts for a 10 day isolation for covid exposure, many of these had been booked months in advance.

Every single person was so understanding and many of them offered to go shopping and bring us any food/gifts/alcohol we need 💕
