2025 saw a record demand for non-perishable items in Simcoe County and Kayleigh and I are eager to help 🫶 The Tiny Retreat is hosting our first ever Community food drive 🥫! Beginning Monday November 17th and running till December 19th, we will be accepting food items AND cash donations for Georgian Bay Food Network 🤍 But it gets better. EACH item or cash donation gets you a ballot to win a 100$ Gift Card 💌 to
We realize our schedules are full until January 🗓 but if you don't have an appointment and want to be part of the draw, dont sweat ! The food and ballot boxes are located at the front of the clinic and the door is unlocked durring our business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:30-6:30, Friday 9- 3:30). Drop in, donate and fill out a ballot and Friday December 19th the winner will drawn ! 🏆

Vacation Notice ! ⚠️RMT Brittny is on vacation until February 6th🌴 Any appointment inquiries will be replied to after Feb. 6th📞 RMT Kayleigh is BACK at The Tiny Retreat tomorrow (Jan 29th) after a well deserved holiday 🍊 (incase you've been looking for her 👀).

This is the 2nd year we've sponsored 'Busk Till Dusk' and I'm so glad we do and grateful we were offered the opportunity. My little business sits right in the heart of one of the longest stretches of fresh water beaches in the world. Our community is the most unique blend of long-time First Nations and local families, the largest demographic of Metis peoples in Ontario, a haven for generational cottagers and a welcome spot for new comers. As a generational local I am so thrilled to be part of an event that amalgamates these communities for the love of music 🎵❤I say this often, and truly I mean it, thank you to all out clients for making the trek to our little Retreat, you are valued, you are appreciated and we are able to sponser this because of you ❤

Kayleigh and Vee are proud to be Business Partners of the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation’s ( ) Kickstart Your Heart Campaign! This year’s campaign aims to raise $75,000 to bring Cardiac MRI Imaging Services to GBGH. This service will be available when the MRI Machine is installed in early 2025. Here’s how we’re participating: From February 1st to 14th, Registered Massage Therapist, Kayleigh Quesnelle will be donating $5 from every Massage and Nurse injector Veronica is donating a percentage of her proceeds to the GBGH Foundation's Kickstart Your Heart Campaign! Humble beginnings. This was The Tiny Retreat before we gave it life. This week I've been thinking alot about what it takes to have a dream, follow it, and trust that things will fall into place if you place intention on helping others ♥️ Kayleigh, Veronica and Myself are so grateful for the people who fill this space and bring us so much more than just an income ❤
