Fuel the Fight is officially underway! 🔥🏁

Our Fuel the Fight Cancer Fundraising Jars have now been placed at both clinic locations and are ready to start making a difference. In partnership with SKM Motorsports, Peterborough Speedway, and The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, we’re raising money this season to support cancer research—something that has touched so many lives.

Hi everyone 👋 I figured it was time to properly introduce myself!

My name is Samantha, and I’m a Registered Massage Therapist based in Millbrook and Lakefield, ON. I graduated from Fleming College in 2023 and started my career at a small multidisciplinary clinic—and I truly love what I do.

Massage therapy actually played a huge role in my own recovery after a concussion, which is what inspired me to pursue this career. Now, I’m passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies—whether that’s headaches, TMJ dysfunction, sports or workplace injuries, or just everyday tension and stress.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a small-town girl at heart. I grew up near Buckhorn, ON and still love spending time with my family. I’m also a proud dog mom to my angel pup, Lily 🐾

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me:
🌸 Spending time in the garden or outdoors
📸 Taking photos
🏕 Camping or traveling
🎶 At concerts
🍝 Cooking (or eating!) good food

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported in your treatment—and to help you get back to doing what you love, pain-free.

Exciting news!!!!! Starting in February I will be practicing out of Century Health Lakefield!

First day will be Wednesday February 11th, and will be Wednesdays following that. Not to worry for my Cavan Chiropractic peps, my schedule will remain open Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays there!!

Online booking is now available at Century Health. You can also book an appointment by messaging me directly on socials or by texting 705-977-5008!

I look forward to this new journey and opening my practice in a more local area! ☺️

In 2025 we hit some record highs since starting my practice in 2023 and I have so many people to thank for that!! 🥹

In 2025, I treated 279 different people for a total of 924 appointments. Many regular clients followed me into 2025, as well as many new faces, both to the clinic and to me, some who came for one or two appointments and some who became new regulars of mine! Whether big or small, I am grateful for each one!
