Just finished running my Week 8 Day 3 of with

It's way too nice out to train inside today 😊 Not too shabby considering the treadmill sets my pace and I had to try to do that for the first time myself today - plus hills 😆

That's the 5k training portion of the app complete - next week we build to 10k! Push For Your T**h for Colore**al Cancer Canada - here I come!

A friendly, familiar face in the Millbrook community. Dr. Kelly graduated from McMaster University in 2009 followed by Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013. Dr. Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She has been actively involved in the farming community and is kept busy by her two sons. ⁣

I did it! I even got some extra credit. I did some fundraising and promised to row 1000m for every $100. $6445 raised meant I had to row 64km ($6100 for the Canadian Cancer Society for colore**al cancer, my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 re**al cancer over Christmas, and $345 for the Indian Residential School Survivors Society). I set a goal to do it all within 24 hours - I did just start rowing in March after all.

I had an appointment that split up the day nicely. In fact, when I headed out to that appointment I had already done more in one day than ever before (previous record was 21k).

I’m proud to say I started at 8:20am and finished just in time to pick my 3 year old up from daycare at 5pm. I spent less than 5 hours in between rowing but I am feeling it!

I also live-streamed it all on here 😬 So thankful to the friends that watched and checked in and cheered me on 💪💙🧡

I can do hard things 💪
