There are a few main reasons why I have such a deep passion for health and wellness that only continues to grow.

· It probably started out if I look back on it when my mom passed away. Twenty four years ago today, my mom lost her short battle with Brain Cancer. When I was blessed with my own children, I vowed to do my best (as only so much is in our control) to be around for when my grandchildren grow up.

· We had a hard time getting pregnant (it took us 4 years after suffering a miscarriage). After doing several rounds of IUI I started to do work with an acupuncturist and right before we were going to start our only round of Invitro, we got pregnant naturally.

· A number of years ago now, I had my own health scare where I was hospitalized with an autoimmune condition. I knew at that point I wasn’t taking care of myself and needed to make my health and well-being a priority (just as much as my young children).

· More recently, a few years ago my daughter started to develop symptoms that impacted her day to day life but we couldn’t figure out how to get rid of them. After working with a number of professionals I learned about Functional Practitioners (who get to the root cause of symptoms) and discovered that she not only had leaky gut, but also has a sever intolerance to gluten. If she had continued on as she was (in terms of eating gluten) there is a very high probability that she would develop an autoimmune condition during her life.

All of these things contributed to me wanting to make changes in my own life, how I take care of myself, daily healthy habits I’ve incorporated and how I teach my kids and others to do the same. It’s a continuous work in progress. I love learning various things and ways to support our health.

Our world has changed so much and continues to do so. Our food has changed drastically, the amount of toxins that surround us is astonishing, the stress we are under is too much, while technology has so many benefits, it also has so many downsides (don’t’ get me started on social media and kids), and the way people interact has changed especially over the last few years .

In my opinion, we need to spend more time outdoors, surrounded by community, eating food grown from the ground (ie not processed), getting sunlight in and on us, taking time to breathe, being present in the moment, being grateful for the little (and big ) things in life, love deeply, believe in something greater than us, do things that bring us joy and have a positive mindset and we need to be our own advocates for our health. List to your body and what it is telling you.

What would you add to this list?

Thank you mom for all you taught me. For your deep love of our family. I do what I do in honour of you. To support those you loved and would've loved. And to help as many others as I can too. ❤️🙏❤️

Last week my sweet boy came home from school and said his ear was really hurting him a lot. With how bad he felt I didn’t want to “wait and see” so I drove around to find a walk in clinic that was open. The dr said he has an ear infection and wrote a script for something to clear it up. For anyone that knows me knows that if given the chance I will try natural options first. I kept the perscrition in my back pocket so if we needed it we could fill it.

So we first reached for our oils. I diluted Lavender, Tea Tree and Basil with fractionated coconut and rubbed a bit around the outside of his ear and down the side of the neck (for drainage) you never put essential oils inside the ear. I did this several times before he went to bed. He told me it lessoned thebpain he felt and was able to sleep through the night I also gave him Deep Immune to support his immune system and rolled oregano ( diluted) on the bottom of his feet ( especially on the area associaed with the ears).

The next day I spoke with a naturalpath and he recommended st Francis Ear oil. We used these things combined with foods that would support healing ( homemade broth, whole foods, lots of water, no sugar etc) and after a couple of days he was back at school feeling himself again.

Using natural tools can sometimes take a bit longer ( sometimes not) but in the long run can be so good for our bodies.

I continue to use the oregano roller and immune syrup to support his immune system as well as oils in his diffuser over night ( which we do nightly anyways).

You’re Invited: Winter Wellbeing 🌲 Call/Convo/Session

Join Katie Hussong and me for a casual convo/session on zoom this Monday where we’ll share our hands-down must-have oils for this time of year.

📍 Monday, December 18th at 8p EST

These are the ones that, if we had our way and you forced us to pick favorites (lol), we would say EVERY home should have on hand.

We’ll share which oils we’ve included in our custom “Winter Survival Kit” collection, stories of how we’ve used (and continue to use) each of them, AND we’ve got some SUPER sweet gifts 🎁🎁 (the value on these is nuts!) for new folks who get oils this month…

Think: FREE diffuser, FREE Frankincense (the king 👑 of oils, for good reason, and not an inexpensive add to your collection), a FREE 1:1 session when your oils come in, and immediate access to our community’s full library of resources + private support group! 🙌🏼

This call is open to ALL — whether you’ve already got oils (and just want to reconnect/refresh your memory re: all things winter wellbeing) or you’ve been thinking about it and want a space to learn and ask Qs before taking advantage of our most favorite deal of the year (it’s true!).

If you’re already a doTERRA customer (that’ll be just about anyone reading this in this group), feel free to invite interested friends/family with the link below. This is the perfect time to add oils to your wellness toolbox, and if they decide to order (we’ll direct them back to you at the end of the call), you can give them your doTERRA Refer-a-Friend link — and let doTERRA thank you with some sweet store credit! 👌🏼

REMINDER: ALL 200 PV orders this month come with the incredibly generous and treasured gift of a FREE full-size bottle of Frankincense! (It’s not just for new folks!)

Make yourself a cup of tea, grab a cozy blanket (and your nighttime blue-blockers 🕶), and we’ll meet you in the zoom room next Monday night!

Any Qs for us ahead of time, feel free to drop them below (or shoot me a message if you prefer).

My sweet girl isn’t feeling well tonight so I’ve got 2 of these running in her humidifier ( which is also a diffuser- and most humidifiers you can’t put oils on fyi).
These oils are great for immune support and airway support.

Are you looking for natural ways to help support you and your family and their health?

Join me and my good friend Katie next Monday at 8pm when we will have a conversation about our favourite winter oils that help support us and our families.

Link for the zoom call is in the comments below.

These two oils are some of the most popular because of how they can support us.

OnGuard is the first blend I go to, to support my immune system.

East air (breathe in the USA ) helps support the respiratory system.

2 must have oils!

We use these in the diffuser and topically ( with a carrier oil) to support us proactively, especially at this time of the year. And when we feel something coming on we reach for them more often.

This Bogo - purchase a bottle of On Guard and get a bottle of Easy Air for free- is over 50% sold out in the Canadian warehouse.

How do you enjoy using these blends?

Someone asked me recently what started me on my health journey. For me it’s two fold.
I had a health scare a number of years ago. That combined with watching my mom die way too young, made me realize that I needed to start taking better care of myself.
It needed to put myself first ( and not last like most women are taught to do).

About 6 years ago I came across these amAzing products that have changed my life. These pure essential oils help support me and my family in all aspects from immune and digestive support to sleep and supporting emotions ( to name just a few). We use these oils along with some other natural products and habits to support us on a daily basis. These oils never cease to amaze me and how they work.

A coupe times a year dōTERRA has an incredible sale. It’s a wonderful time to save on oils you love, to try something new, as well as to purchase for the first time.

☀️Looking to get started?

Happy BOGO week! 🎉

Day 1 at dance competition for my sweet girl and she was so happy with how her team did. After getting back to where we are staying she used some deep blue on some achy muscles. The Deep Blue stick is her go to for as it’s so convenient, not messy and it works super well ( it has Copaiba in it too 😉).

Have you tried this new format ?

With black marks on the top of these ballet shoes, I had to get them clean for the first dance competition of the season. With a bit of water, a drop of OnGuard concentrate and a bit of scrubbing, all the black came out. ✨😄 🩰

We had lots of fun this March break. Spent lots of time with family and friends ( some not in the pics)- playing, connecting, having fun, exploring, celebrating, dancing, baking (we made gluten free donuts for the first time 🎉), spending time outdoors and enjoying time together.

Connection is one of the big things most people missed over the last few years. We crave it ( some more than others).

I’m very grateful for the connection I have in my life. ❤️🥰🙏
