YDH Instruments is a family run company which was established in the year of 2017. We are leading exporters and manufacturers of all high quality Surgical, Dental and Beauty Instruments, including Specialist Barber Scissors & Podiatry Instruments. Our manufacturing plant is in Sialkot, Pakistan; the city known as the hub of the surgical world and a distribution office in Canada. OUR HISTORY
YDH Instruments was established by two brothers Yahya and Danial who are the sons of Amjad Jamil Chaudhry the Founder & Managing Director of A.A.S IMPEX which was established in 1984. Our father has been in the manufacturing business for the last 38 years and is still running the company successfully along his brothers. History of our family goes back to 1957, when our grandfather Haji Muhammad Jamil Chaudhry (late) started Bashir Jamil & Bros. and is considered a pioneer of the surgical industry in Pakistan. All our products are made by using top quality Titanium, European and Japanese steel. Our skilled and well-trained team ensures optimal customer service and satisfaction. We constantly try to improve our production and management procedures in order to ensure competitiveness with the market. Strict quality control measures are followed from the very start of the process with raw material inspection through to final stage of packaging of the finished product. In compliance with the company’s quality management system, we have received ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CE MARK and FDA Certification. OUR SERVICES
We specialize in all high quality Surgical, Dental and Beauty Instruments, including Specialist Barber Scissors & Podiatry Instruments which are available to students, end-users and distributers. Our instrument range is regularly updating, and our website is presented to you with the hope that it would be an excellent showcase of all our product range. However, we welcome customer enquiries regarding specific products not listed on our website or catalog. Product packaging can also be tailored as per the needs of our customers. DELIVERY TIMES
A sufficient level of inventory is continuously maintained in order to cater customers’ orders for items in stock which are shipped within 1-2 weeks. However, our standard delivery time is 60 – 90 days due to the manufacturing of products from scratch. The delivery method is air freight. PAYMENT TERMS
All prices quoted are USD FOB unless otherwise stated. Our payment terms for new clients are ‘Advance’ or ‘L/C’. We can also mutually agree on different payment terms “i-e cheques, etc” after some time of successful business together. GUARANTEE
Our products carry five-year shelf life and three-year usability warranty. Through this time, the company will make a free of cost replacement if any manufacturing defect is observed in the product. Warranty is not valid for products that prove defective as a result of improper care & cleaning or misuse.
