Before Reiki vs. After Reiki 🌿
It's hard to put Reiki into words… but the shift is undeniable.
Before Reiki: The energy feels heavy. The mind is busy. Emotions sit just beneath the surface unprocessed, unspoken. You might feel drained, anxious, disconnected from yourself.
After Reiki: There's lightness. Stillness. A deep sense of peace. Like your body, mind, and spirit just exhaled together. You feel clear, grounded, and open.
The difference might not always be visible to the eye, but it's always felt in the soul.

How to Process Your Reiki Session 🌿

Your Reiki session doesn’t end when you leave the room — it continues to unfold in the hours and days afterward. Here’s how to support your body, mind, and energy as you process the healing:

🌿Rest and Hydrate – Reiki moves energy. Drink plenty of water and give yourself time to rest so your body can integrate the shifts.

🌿Notice Without Judgment – You may feel lighter, more emotional, energized, or even a little tired. All of this is normal. Your system is releasing and rebalancing.

🌿Journal What Comes Up – Thoughts, memories, or insights might surface. Write them down. Reiki can unlock deep awareness and clarity.

🌿 Be Gentle With Yourself – Avoid over-scheduling right after a session. Healing continues in the subtle body long after the hands-on portion ends.

🌿 Reach Out If Needed – If something feels intense or confusing, don’t hesitate to check in. You're not alone on this healing path.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like massive breakthroughs or dramatic shifts.
It looks like drinking more water.
Getting honest with yourself.
Taking a deep breath before reacting.
Saying no when your body says no.
Choosing rest without guilt.

Tiny choices hold big power.
Because when you start small—with consistency, compassion, and intention—you open the door to deep, lasting healing.

You don’t have to do it all at once.
You just have to begin.

Give Your Liver a Break — Practice Saying No

Your liver does more than just filter toxins. Energetically, it's connected to emotions like frustration, resentment, and overwhelm. When we constantly say “yes” to things we don’t truly want to do, we can end up storing that emotional stress in the body especially in the liver.

Learning to say “no” is one simple way to support your health.

Saying "no" to extra responsibilities, draining conversations, or unrealistic expectations isn’t rude it’s respectful to your body and mind. It creates space for clarity, rest, and emotional balance.

This week, notice where you might be saying yes when you really mean "no". Practice pausing. Practice checking in with yourself. And give yourself permission to set healthy limits.

Your body will thank you for it.
