So if cholesterol is not the BAD food, then what is? Btw, Don't get me wrong..High Blood Cholesterol is STILL the number one cause of heart disease, and foods that have trans fats and high in amounts of saturated fats do raise cholesterol in your blood, which leads to plaque build up in arteries and results in #heart attack or #stroke. So watch out for these two.
Wait....Did I Just Say that Cholesterol from foods will Not Raise your blood #Cholesterol (#LDL ) levels??? Then what about #Egg #Yolks?
