We often make assumptions because we may not think to ask for clarification in the moment.

I must confess... I do this too!

These are the Best Teas I enjoy when I'm on the phone with my Besties❤!

As a person who's family & friends live in other cities far away, the COVID-19 pandemic hit me hard, as I'm sure it affected many of you out there.

My solace was a long-distance chat with loved ones while sipping my favourite herbal tea - hydrating, refreshing, warming, calming, soothing - whatever the vibe - a good herbal tea can give you comfort just a like a hug from your bestie!

Too warm outside for hot tea?....no worries, just steep it as you would, let it cool to room temp, add a couple of ice cubes and you gotta herbal Iced-Tea!
