Fixing the rotary prism and Jackson cylinder .. they were not synchronized. Disassemble and lubrication was performed to ease the inner parts movement and fixing this error.
Calibration was done after assembly of course..

HVK-7000 Auto refractometer printer was not functioning. Replacement for the entire part was done and now it’s working properly.

Tonometer adjustment:

Applanation tonometers usually need calibration and lubrication to insure it gives accurate pressure readings.
The picture below illustrates adjustment of tonometer Haag Streit Bern after recording inaccurate readings recently. This process usually is followed by lubrication and recalibration.

Cleaning Slit lamp:

As a part of Ophthalmic Equipment preventive maintenance, cleaning and lubrication is necessary to keep all mechanical parts smooth in motion and to avoid issues that dust could cause it to any Ophthalmic device.

Projector Cleaning process:

Projectors with slides need regular cleaning process. Cleaning projector means disassemble projector and cleaning the inner lenses. Calibration and zooming was applied too.
