I took my Huna healing training in 2017 and at the time, I didn't know what a huge impact it would have on my life. Not only is it a powerful energy to work with, but the beautiful teachings surrounding the healings are equally as powerful. The seven Huna Principles are now incorporated in my daily practice, and everyday they remind me that I am not my thoughts.
Combining Huna with horses creates an opportunity for one to truly see who they are beyond the physical and the mind.
