I am so excited to invite you to a beautiful weekend, Women's Restorative Retreat! To unplug from the world, and reset, while deep in the heart of Mother Earth.

Most of us are feeling the overwhelm of a fast-paced world and are disconnected from the Earth. We are nature beings, meant to be in a slower connection to Self and Nature. This weekend retreat is an opportunity to unplug, slow down, and reset the nervous system to bring back a sense of clarity and peace to our lives. Our focus will be to align with the five elements; Aether, Earth, Fire, Water, & Air, and to have fun!

There will be intentional circle sharing and guided elemental journeys, lots of slowing down and stillness, nature immersion deep in the untouched forest, morning yoga, delicious foods, canoeing, swimming, sun worshipping, fun, relaxation, and insight to return back to simplicity, and more!

I am so grateful for the beautiful community of women that has been growing over the last two years, and am so excited to continue to grow together this year to pause, dance, play, sing, reflect, connect, and unleash! Love you all! ❣️

This month I am going away on holidays for two weeks, my first holiday from work in the last three years, and so there will only be a Full Moon Circle. But stay tuned for May's events Calendar as there will be a Cacao Ceremony & Dance, and I may possibly start up the Singing Circles again, as it's been requested to come back, and I love singing with you all!

Everyone needs their own form of support along their healing journey. I'm not here to tell you one is better than the other, it's so unique to the individual. If anything, the more well-rounded your exploration the more holistic your self awareness and healing becomes. It's not about putting down therapy, it's a great resource that offers many modalities and is exactly what some need, and for those who it isn't aligning with or feel have reached it's capacity, may not know about alternative resources that may be more suitable. Don't give up from feeling discouraged, this work may be a great fit for you.

I recognize Shamanic Guidance and Energy Work isn't a well known practice to many, and may question what it is, or how it can benefit them. For many, it's not spiritual it's very psychological and body related, and for some it is very much a reconnection to their inner Spirit and intuition. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝗺 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆.

How ever we get there is the journey into the unknown itself. That is the role of the Shaman; to guide you into the unknown to gather information for your growth and the growth of humanity.

March Events at the Willow-Ray Healing Oasis.✨️

I'm excited to share with you the Spring Equinox Gathering on Sunday March 17th. It's a daytime event from 11am-4pm, filled with connection practices and meditations to let you pause, reconnect, relax the nervous system, and feel nourished to enter into spring. Lunch and Snacks will be provided, it's all about taking the time for you to receive.

The intention of this gathering is to offer a full relaxing day to clear, relax the nervous system, and rejuvenate. A lot of people are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, stress and fear right now. This can be for various reasons, yet the timing of this aligns very well to the completion of Winter and beginning of Spring. Perhaps our bodies are asking for some space to shed the final layers, and reset to enter Spring with clarity and intentionality.

If you're experiencing this right now, you're not alone, and may need some space to feel held and reset. So come join us!

There will be a meditation journey, gong sound healing, intimacy practices, somatic holds, self massage, mirror work, cacao, dance, and yummy food!

I am very excited to honour and celebrate this evening with you. ✨️💖

This is such a sacred time to nurture Self, to pause and reflect, and be intentional about the completion of all that you had learned and grown from this year and all that you are clearing to call in with the return of Spring and your inner flame. There is so much I wish to talk about with the Winter Solstice, it's such a beautifully symbolic, transformational, and sacred time! We will dive more into this during the evening.
