✨Welcome to the MPC team, Emma!✨
Emma Holder (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Clinical Intern from Yorkville University who offers a warm, thoughtful space for teens (13+) and adults navigating life’s more complex and overwhelming moments. Whether things feel uncertain, heavy, or simply “off,” Emma works collaboratively to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

She supports individuals dealing with anxiety, low mood, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and the challenges that often come with major life transitions. This includes navigating adolescence, peer dynamics, identity development, and the transition into adulthood. For young people, this may show up as withdrawing, acting out, or feeling misunderstood. For adults, it may look like feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of the next step forward.
Outside of her clinical work, Emma enjoys staying active through spin classes, exploring creativity through 35mm film photography, and spending time with friends. She is proud of her mixed French Canadian and Bajan heritage, and values the richness that culture, identity, and lived experience bring into the therapeutic space. Emma offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

While she is fulfilling her practicum requirements, Emma will be working under the clinical supervision of Kanica Coshal, MSW, RSW. Emma’s services are being offered at a reduced rate.

🖥️ To book your first appointments with Emma, contact our admin team at (905) 878-3543 or info@miltontherapycentre.com or book online using the link in our bio.
