If you like the stuffed chicken breast from Costco....the new Tuscan Chicken made as a dressing is pretty close!

This is my go to quick and easy meal in the instant pot.
1/2 a package of Pulled chicken prepared as sauce
3 chicken breasts
the little cup of water
20 min high pressure
Quick release
While that is cooking I mix up a quick coleslaw dressing with a bag of coleslaw.
When Instant post is finished cooking shred chicken and serve with wraps and what ever toppings you like.
Use the extra chicken for lunch with salad
