Just some friendly reminders from the clinic;
-The clinic opens at 10. We answer the phones starting at 9 but the doors do not open until 10. We are also closed from 12-1. We still answer the phones during the lunch hour but the clinic is not open.
-Most all providers are booking at a 2 week wait right now; we try to work with patients with more urgent issues the best we can; unfortunately we cannot always accommodate everyone.
-In keeping with the above if you need a prescription refill 2 WEEKS NOTICE AT MINIMUM. Staff at both the clinic and the pharmacy work together to try to bridge the gaps as situations arise, however, it is not the provider’s fault, the pharmacist’s fault or the clinic staff’s fault that you have run out of meds. Patients are made very aware when they are on their last refill.
-Most importantly please remember all of our providers are people with families as well. Sick days, holiday time, days off, commitments to services elsewhere is allowed and must be worked around.

After over 45 years of serving the medical communities of Minnedosa, Erickson & surrounding areas Dr. Ajai Khandelwal will be retiring & closing his practice effective October 18, 2023.
We wish Dr. Khandelwal nothing but the best!

We will continue to do our best to ensure the needs of Dr. Khandelwal’s patients are met; recognizing the physician shortages are overwhelming & our current doctors have full patient loads.

HE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK PART TIME OUT OF THE MINNEDOSA CLINIC.

RECOGNIZING THE TIME, COMMITMENT & THE CARE DR.KHANDELWAL HAS PUT INTO THE PATIENTS OF THIS COMMUNITY MAKES THIS TRANSITION BITTERSWEET.

In accordance with the recent mandates released face masks will no longer be required at the clinic but continue to be STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Physicians & staff may still choose to wear a mask. If you have any COVID signs or symptoms you will be asked to wear a mask. Thank you for ongoing cooperation.

Please be advised that masks are still mandatory at the clinic as they are at all medical facilities! This policy has not changed! It would be most helpful to staff & phyicians if you wear your mandatory mask when you come for your appointments!

UPDATE: We have 1 phone working with 1 line working - incoming & outgoing calls are going to be challenging. Hopefully this will be fixed sooner than later!

The phone lines at the clinic are currently down very unexpectedly. We are hoping this problem gets rectified sooner than later. Our apologies as we know this is a huge inconvenience, but circumstances are beyond our control.

Effective March 15, 2022 there will be no immediate changes in our policies at the clinic. MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED. This is a necessity in the healthcare environment to protect providers, staff & patients & help keep everyone safe. We continue to offer virtual appointments. As previously stated all appointments need to be booked; with only same day walk ins as the schedules allow. We do our best to book all same day needs, however, the providers are busy & sometimes this is not a possibility. If you are needing to book an appointment with your provider it is best to call & schedule an appointment in a timely manner as many of our providers are booking a couple of weeks in advance.
Thank you for your cooperation as we slowly navigate back towards a new normal.
