Just some friendly reminders from the clinic;
-The clinic opens at 10. We answer the phones starting at 9 but the doors do not open until 10. We are also closed from 12-1. We still answer the phones during the lunch hour but the clinic is not open.
-Most all providers are booking at a 2 week wait right now; we try to work with patients with more urgent issues the best we can; unfortunately we cannot always accommodate everyone.
-In keeping with the above if you need a prescription refill 2 WEEKS NOTICE AT MINIMUM. Staff at both the clinic and the pharmacy work together to try to bridge the gaps as situations arise, however, it is not the provider’s fault, the pharmacist’s fault or the clinic staff’s fault that you have run out of meds. Patients are made very aware when they are on their last refill.
-Most importantly please remember all of our providers are people with families as well. Sick days, holiday time, days off, commitments to services elsewhere is allowed and must be worked around.
