Caregivers provide essential support to loved ones, offering care, compassion, and strength.

While caregiving can be deeply rewarding, it can also be overwhelming. Caregivers need the right tools to care for themselves as well.

Our Powerful Tools for Caregivers – 6-Week Online Course will help participants:
• Improve self-care
• Manage emotions and stress
• Build confidence in their caregiving role

Please note: this is a psychoeducation course designed to build skills and knowledge, not a support group.

Wednesdays | 6:00 – 7:30 PM
April 15, 22 & 29 and May 6, 13 & 20
Via Zoom
