Yin
-Gentle longer holds, with the support of props, pillows blankets etc
-Ideal in the evenings for better sleep
-Focuses on stretching fascia for better range and circulation

Hatha Flow
-An all around movement class focusing on the entire body with a little more strength and core
-Practicing body and breathe awareness
-Finding restrictions in the body and learning to work within it
