Please bring along your medication list or pick up your refill list from you pharmacy. You can also have the pharmacy fax it to the clinic.
This provides a more accurate list of your needs for the Doctor on call.

Newcastle AHC at 250 pleasant street. Change of hours for Sundays only.

Effective Sunday,March 9th,2025.
the Newcastle After Hours clinic will be changing its hours on Sundays.

The new hours will be from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
Doors will open as of 2:00pm for registrations.

This will only be for Sundays.
The remainder of the week will remain 6:00pm to 8:00pm, doors open at 5:00pm

Starting February 17, 2025.
The Chatham clinic will be return to Walki-In Status.
No further doing online bookings or call ins. The phone will no longer be answered.
The doors will open at 5:30 to register patients. Physicians will begin seeing patients at 6:00.
If you are coming for a Rx refill, please contact your pharmacy In person or call to have it faxed to the Clinic for your visit.
You will enter the clinic, take a number. Be seated until your number is called. Provide the receptionist with a Valid Medicare Card and the number you have taken.
We will accept patients until the clinic is full.
