Well I can help! I am a DONA trained and experienced Birth Doula and certified Hypnobabies childbirth hypno-doula In the Miramichi and surrounding areas. I provide personalized prenatal information, birth planning and complete support to parents before, during and after their childbirth. We work together as a team, to promote positive thoughts and wishes, as well as preparing the parents for labor

by putting together a plan, and working as hard as we can to put that plan into place when the big day arrives. I meet with families as many times as they want, to ensure that they feel comfortable going into labor, recovery, with breastfeeding, having a newborn and life with a new baby. Services offered:

Since I've taken a break from providing birth support after my surgery, I've been seeing things in a different light.

I want to do more for women. I want to support you in ALL you do, not just birth and baby wise.

I want to support you in your life transitions and help you thrive as you grow and bloom.

From birth, babies, parenting, career changes, relationship changes, menopause and retirement. I want to assist you to find your happiness and become the best YOU that you can be.

With that being said, I've been busy behind the scenes.

I am working on something and I would love your feedback :)

I want to know what the most joy filling, loving, goosebump giving, kindest, caring, supportive and sweet phrases that you have heard or WISH someone would have said/say to you.

What are the words that you NEED your soul to hear?
What could a parent have said to make your life better?
What could someone say to you to help with your emotional regulation?
What would do you need to hear from your partner?
What words could support you?
What phrases would positively impact your self-esteem?
What sentences could impact your life in a positive manner?
What could someone say to you, to make you feel completely heard?

Hello beautiful people!

It has been a while since I have posted or provided support to families.

I have been dealing with some health issues that have stopped me from providing any support to families.

I will be having a major surgery next week, but after I recover (6 weeks or so) I want to get right back into assisting families for their upcoming birthing days :)

I hope you all are thriving. Love you all and thank you for the continued support over the last 16 years!
