Join us this Tuesday for a Ready to Reset meditation 🧡

Picture it, you walk in, gentle music playing, lights low You find your spot, lay down your mat, blanket, pillow. Ease into the zen. Allow your shoulders to drop. Breathing deeply. A lovely meditation begins, where we think about this past year and what's gone on. We quietly celebrate the wins, learn and let go of the losses. We have the space to think about what we want and where we would like to go this year. What we want to focus on. Group reiki provided while this is happening. Nothing you need to do except listen and be open.

Then, quiet moments to reflect and write. Or sit in the stillness a little longer.
