Block Therapy is Fascia Decompression Therapy! It has been amazing for relieving my ongoing chronic pain issues. I used to suffer from right Shoulder Pain due to a Deltoid Tear. The Block has completely eliminated my pain and frozen shoulder. I also had severe stiffness in my neck and carpal tunnel in both wrists and terribly sore feet.
