I am very excited to announce that I have registered my own business named, Back 2 Balance Wellness!!! and have moved location to 112 Duke St. in Chatham!!!

Well FB says ya never heard from me in a bit & not sure if ur real interested if what I have to say but here goes!
I've not been at work all week as the medical field says I have strep throat. In the energy world...I have educated myself last weekend on emotional blockages in which we all store in our bodies. I meditated, journaled & really worked on mine that it kicked my ass but is not going to keep me down. I am overcoming rage & anger...emotions brought down from generations on the french side of my roots. As both my children & I fevered up this past week I was giving thanks for the knowledge & awareness as I let go & let God clear up all that generational crap that no longer serves me! I did not call my son Phenix for nothing...we will rise from the ashes...stronger and more at peace to continue to help others. Sending love & light to all!
