📣 Some members have gotten a text message or email from us today asking to update their payment information - this WAS us, please update your payment information you received a text message from our phone number (506) 622-6000 or our email address contact@pumpit.fitness as our previous payment provider is no longer processing your payments.
This notice is for PAD members only. You may have received an email this weekend with more instructions, or to let you know that no action is required.
We are asking our members who currently use bank-to-bank transfers (PAD) to switch to our new payment processor, which accepts credit and debit cards.
Why? Recently our payment provider who processes our bank-to-bank payments has changed their payment fees by 375% - which is a huge increase in cost to the gym. In an effort to keep things affordable for you, they need to be affordable for us.
Members who haven’t switched from pre-authorized bank (PAD) payments to credit or debit payments by the end of February 2024 will have a processing fee of $8 added to each payment.
How do I switch? Switching is easy, just visit https://switch.pumpit.fitness and follow the prompts.
What will happen to my payments? We’ll stop your current payments coming from your bank account, and switch your payments to your debit or credit account. Your payment amount and payment frequency will remain the same.
