Dear Clients,

I want to take a moment to remind everyone of my cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all.

I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you fail to provide this notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Please understand that when appointments are missed without prior notice, I do not get paid, and it prevents other clients from taking that time slot. I maintain a waiting list for each day, meaning that your missed appointment could have been an opportunity for someone else in need of care.
