Mount Saint Joseph is proud to have a team participating in upcoming Miramichi Walk For Alzheimer’s and we encourage you and your loved ones to join us! This is a wonderful opportunity to support an important cause, raise awareness for Alzheimer’s care and research, and enjoy a walk through the beautiful Middle Island Historical Park.

Location: Middle Island Irish Historical Park, 2345 Water Street, Miramichi, NB
Registration: 12:00pm
Walk Begins: 1:00pm

Summer Student – Maintenance (Painting & Groundskeeping)

Mount St. Joseph is seeking a motivated and reliable Summer Student to assist with maintenance duties, including painting and lawn care, during the summer months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Painting and minor maintenance projects throughout the facility
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping - - Assisting with basic repairs and upkeep as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with painting and lawn maintenance is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Terms of Employment:
- Temporary, full-time summer position
- Hours may vary based on operational needs – 8-week grant
