Free Initial Phone Consultation In order to determine if psychotherapy is the right fit for you, a free initial phone consultation is offered to all potential clients. This consists of a 10 – 15 minute conversation to provide a brief overview of your reasons for seeking therapy and your therapeutic goals.

Your First Session During your first session a therapeutic plan will be created. This plan will be based on your life history, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your therapeutic goals.

Your Next Sessions Your next sessions will be guided by your therapeutic plan. The number of sessions you require will be determined by your needs as a client and your therapeutic goals.
