Some wonderful supports from our friends at Mission Hospice Society

Losing a loved one to su***de or drug overdose is a profound and unique kind of grief that can leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. To help navigate this difficult journey, the Mission Hospice Society is offering an 8-week grief support group specifically for individuals who have lost a loved one to su***de or drug overdose. The group will run from January 15th- February 26th 2025, every Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. This group provides a safe and compassionate space to share your story, connect with others who understand, and find support and healing. Join us to learn coping strategies, gain strength from shared experiences, and begin the journey toward healing. You don't have to walk this path alone—together, we can find hope and comfort.

Participants must pre-register and complete a one-to-one intake session prior to joining. For more information or to schedule an intake appointment, please reach out to Lori at 604-826-2235 or via email at grief@missionhospice.bc.ca.
