Yesterday, when I arrived at the studio after being sick for almost 3 weeks, was a wave of beautiful energy that greeted me at the door. An energy that felt so comforting, an energy that said I'm so glad you took the time to rest while you were not well and listened to what my body needed and that was, rest.

As I saw clients for the first day back they each told me that they missed not coming in for their weekly sessions but they too appreciated that I took the time I needed to recover and to be able to return.

This is what I share to every person that comes through the doors, is to always put you first and listen to your body, don't ignore its cues, as this is its way of communicating to you what it needs.

If you need rest, rest. And if that rest means physically in bed for a few weeks, just know that this is where you are to be in this moment. And know that it is only temporary while your body gets what it needs.

I appreciate your understanding and allowing me to take the time to put me first and to listen to my body. But I am so happy to be back in the studio, welcoming you back as well 💕

I felt like I needed to do a check-in with you and see how you are doing but also for me as well.

Seasonal depression hit me hard in January and I became a hermit, not wanting to leave the house but I also suffered a really bad injury. So that left me out of the studio for a couple of weeks and it was hard.

Being in the studio is what fuels me, the energy, the connection, the hands on work, it's what makes me feel whole.

The work I do and all the trainings I take aren't just so I can make a living, they are for my healing journey just as they are for yours.

Yep, I deal with multiple complex chronic health issues just like any of you. Over the past 8 years of practicing and MANY trainings of different holistic modalities, I can finally say I feel validated and have a sense of what the root causes are and feel safe to start my healing journey.

So why am I sharing this with you? It's because I get it. I know how you are feeling. I know how hard it is to not feel heard, and not feel seen. I know what your body needs, what it wants and how.

I have SO many clients that come for the first time not sure what to expect but after our time together they feel relief for the very first time. They feel supported, they feel grounded and loved.

Why? I work intentionally, with your energy, your breath and what your body tells me it needs. Sure, I have some protocols that I follow but the treatment it's all based on what you need that day from what you share with me when you come in and also how your body responds during the opening movements.

It's deep healing work, that I love doing but I also need to be in a place mentally and physically to be present in order to do this.

These winter months kick me on my butt and instead of it forcing me to stay in bed I have booked myself into weekly hands on treatments that help me on my own healing journey as well as getting movement in. As most of you know I love being in the water and spend alot of time swimming in my hydro training classes.

So you will find my schedule a bit more limited, but there is still lots of availability for you to choose from so you too can book in some healing time for you.

This month is all about self-love here in the studio and also launching two new services!

Our new signature Harmony Reflex for the Feet and Face developed by your very own multi-award winning Reflexologist and teacher, Jamie Grant. Yep, that's me!!!

Over the years, I have been developing this new way of reflexology that combines the foundations of reflexology with energy to work deeply on downgrading the nervous system. It uses gentle, intuitive, slow, and rhythmic touch working over the reflex points on either the feet or on the face.

This new Harmony Reflex Method brings a deeper connection to the mind and body, allowing one to feel a greater balance in the whole body.

For the month of February I am offering a 90 minute Harmony Reflex for the Face and Feet (30 minutes for the face and 60 minutes on the feet) PLUS a free gift for a special offer of $185 (a savings of $37).

Launching the Academy.

Zed Healing Arts is officially where practitioners can come and learn techniques to grow and embody to transform your clients from the inside out.

We are excited to be launching a full set of trainings to take your practice to the level your clients are looking for.

This year, you can become a Registered Reflexologist and learn the signature Harmony Reflex Method, expand into the healing energy of Reiki as a practitioner and learn the fundamentals into being a Holistic Facialist.
