In this 2-hour workshop, discover the many uses of this gentle plant that go far beyond tea. Sip chamomile tea, enjoy a guided meditation to connect with the plant on a deeper level, then create your own nourishing chamomile-infused oil to support skin health, restful sleep, and digestion.

Facilitated by Lindsay Regan, this is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, rest your mind, and experience what it feels like to live on “plant time” for a while.
