Natural Brown/Red Easter Eggs with Onion Peels. Recipe⬇️
▪︎Use peels from red and yellow onions for rich, earthy tones.
▪︎Place raw eggs in a pot along with the onion peels.
▪︎Add about 2 litres of cold water (enough to fully cover the eggs) and 1/4 cup of vinegar.
▪︎Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes.
▪︎Carefully remove the eggs and let them cool.
▪︎For a beautiful shine, gently rub each egg with a little olive oil.
