We're celebrating the incredible women who help make our community stronger. 💜 They have spent decades building families, workplaces, and neighbourhoods. We are proud to support many of them in continuing to live independently at home with dignity.

At Peel Senior Link, women are at the heart of everything we do. They are our team members, volunteers, caregivers, and the seniors we are privileged to support. Their compassion, strength, and dedication shape our work and our community every day.

International Women's Day is a reminder that when women are supported, communities thrive. We celebrate the women who lead, care, advocate, and inspire us today and every day. 💜

As we head into the final stretch of winter and look forward to spring, it's a great time to refresh your routine and focus on feeling your best.

Small daily habits can make a big difference in boosting mood, energy, and overall well-being.

Keeping a consistent schedule, trying something new, or making space for self-care can help seniors stay focused, positive, and connected. Simple activities like completing a puzzle or calling a friend can brighten these late-winter days and lift spirits.

PSL offers programs, activities, and resources to help seniors stay active, engaged, and supported.

This week, we proudly celebrate , recognizing the incredible nonprofit workers who help Ontario thrive. We’re proud to join the Ontario Nonprofit Network in celebrating the people and organizations that strengthen our communities every single day.

Across the province, nearly 850,000 nonprofit workers serve, connect, and support Ontarians every single day. With more than 58,000 nonprofits contributing $65 billion to Ontario’s economy, the impact is powerful and deeply rooted in care.

At Peel Senior Link, we see this impact firsthand. Our team works every day to help seniors live independently and with dignity in the communities they call home. We are grateful to stand alongside the many nonprofit organizations strengthening healthy, vibrant, and inclusive communities across Ontario.

Nonprofit Appreciation Week is championed by MPP Daisy Wai and the Bhayana Family Foundation, thank you for recognizing the vital role our sector plays.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate nonprofit workers, volunteers, and community partners who make a difference every day. 💙
