Thoracic Mobility
We’re working our way to the Thoracic Spine 😇
This is where the majority of the rotation in the upper body comes from, if there is a problem here pain will surely be coming to the lower back! 🙈
1 - Half-Kneeling rotation with side bending: Down on one knee rotate as much as possible, laterally bend to that side and repeat!
2 - Lumbar Lock ER with thoracic rotation: child’s pose position will isolate thoracic spine, combine external shoulder rotation and thoracic rotation. Reach with opposite arm.
3 - Quadruped IR with thoracic rotation: hands and knees, internally rotate shoulder and rotate through thoracic spine.
