How can I stay consistent?

Giving yourself permission to slow down, reflect and plan is SO important.

January 1st does not have to be the day you do it all. Take your time. Start where you are. Try again.

After taking some time to reset and quiet my mind, I decided it was time to set some new goals to help me get closer to the life I want. But it's not just about goal setting it's about self-compassion and allowing yourself not to be perfect all the time. Life takes practice...

๐Ÿ’› PB + Chocolate ? Try this!!!

Prep time: ~35 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Pitted dates
Dark chocolate bar or chips (unsweetened)
Peanut butter or other nut butter of choice (unsweetened)
Nut/seed of choice for some added crunch

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt chocolate using double broiler method
2. Fill dates with peanut butter + walnut and freeze for 5-10 mins
3. Coat in chocolate and freeze again for 5-10 mins
4. Add a second coat of chocolate if you're a chocolate lover like me
5. Sprinkle salt while chocolate is still melted
6. Store in freezer + ENJOY!
