Six years ago, on a snowy November day, Integrative Interactive Health was born—full of hope and excitement for the future. Just four months after opening our doors, our community faced the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19 lockdowns. The world changed overnight: empty streets, quiet highways, and uncertainty all around.

Reflecting on these years, I am deeply grateful for the resilience of our clinic and the strength of our community. We have faced trials together, grown together, and continued to strive for better health.

Thank you to every patient who has entrusted us with your care and shared your journey with us. Your trust and partnership mean everything. Together, we have worked towards healthier, happier lives.
Here’s to the challenges we’ve overcome and the hope we carry forward. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your story.

Today we are three. Our first three years have been a wild ride, building a clinic and roster from scratch during a pandemic. The thing I’m most thankful for this year is my team. I have an amazing group of people help keep this ship afloat. Thank you Rupali () for your incredible ability to multitask and connect our patients to the care they need (and for taking care of me!). Thank you Sanjeef for your kind heart and thorough patient care. Thank you Sherman for your work ethic and numbers know-how. Thank you sister () for being an awesome ND and work partner. You all do so much more than the above, and I’m so proud to call you my team. Despite the stress and frustration of our system, and the demands of our work, you guys make the day enjoyable. ☺️

I need to shout out my pharmacists too. Andre (, Crosslake pharmacy), I’m truly blessed to have you working next door. You’re phenomenal at what you do. And Mike (Cloverdale pharmacy), thanks for sticking with me since Cloverdale! For everyone in Insta-World, these two are top notch. If you want a trust-worthy pharmacist, these are your guys. 👍🏾

Finally, I need to thank my husband. Thank you for doing bath times, drop-offs and pick ups, managing our home finances, laundry, and for always, always, always believing in me and this practice when I stopped believing. I’m blessed to have you, and couldn’t do the work I do without you. ❤️

Okay, I’m going to stop being mushy. We’ve got work to do. 😉
